Capitol 6 Theatres - Victoria, BC

New Safety and Health Procedures

Capitol 6 Theatres values the health and safety of our team.  All team members will be subject to a temperature and wellness check upon clocking in daily. We will ask general questions related to their health and wellness in addition to taking their temperature. Anyone with a temperature or signs of illness will be asked to go home for the day and will be asked to stay home until they are healthy and ready to return. All team members will be wearing masks and gloves throughout their shift. Increased required handwashing breaks and gloves changing will be done throughout the day.

Updated sanitizing & cleaning procedures including cleaning of high touchpoint areas throughout the day.  Designated team members will actively clean surfaces throughout the day in addition to our nightly deep cleaning for all surfaces and areas of the building.  Theaters will be thoroughly cleaned with special cleaning products throughout the day.  We have increased the amount of time between shows to allow for a thorough cleaning of each auditorium including the seats, armrests, handrails, doors and surfaces. Every area of the building will be monitored by our team to ensure cleaning is a constant practice.

We have sanitizer available upon request to keep our guests safe, in addition to measures designed to limit interaction and contact with other guests.

For our Guests:

Try not to crowd the lobby or hallways when waiting for the bathroom or your group

Follow local mask mandates.  Currently masks are required to be worn when entering the building.  Masks may be removed when eating or drinking.

We recommend the use of credit and debit cards for all guest transactions.

Please enter and exit the auditoriums in an orderly and respectful fashion.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak with someone on our Management team.
